Triple Loop
Leadership Approach

CCD uses a leadership framework entitled Triple Loop Leadership birthed from research in the 1970s that examined how organizations learn. Using that research as a foundation, we have developed a model that engages leaders to learn how to learn by recalling how they’ve learned in the first place. This deeper level of learning embraces a transformative approach where leaders not only adapt their strategies and challenge their assumptions but also critically evaluate and change their guiding principles.

Becoming a triple loop leader involves developing a deep, reflective approach to leadership that goes beyond traditional methods. This concept is rooted in the idea of "triple loop learning," a framework that extends single and double loop learning theories.
